SHANNON ZILA is a Legislative Budget Office budget analyst with oversight of fiscal notes concerning dept. of health, health insurance, and Office of Administrative Hearings.
Prior to working with the LBO, Ms. Zila was the Operations Manager for the American Indian Cancer Foundation. Ms. Zila earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Cloud State University and holds a master's degree in Social and Community Services, Advocacy, and Lobbying.
