Thomas Raney

THOMAS RANEY is a program evaluator with the Tax Expenditure Review Commission, staffed by the Legislative Budget Office.

Prior to working for the LBO, Mr. Raney earned both a Master and Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Raney also holds a certificate in quantitative social data analysis.
